Translated Text:

The Wise Lord grants wholeness, immortality,
abundance of righteousness,
independence in dominion,
and a lasting good mind to him,
who is His friend in mind and action.

Commentary:

God gives perfection, eternity, much righteousness, independence, and an ever-guiding good mind to the person who lovingly follows God in thoughts, words and deeds.
